2023年国际信息研究学会峰会--信息社会分会征文启示

各位专家：

国际信息研究学会将于2023年8月14日-18日在中国北京举办国际高峰论坛。在中国和欧洲等国信息科学研究者的共同努力下，经过充分协商，决定由中国、奥地利、西班牙三国的学术负责人组成国际信息学会的筹备组。筹备组会议决定，把拟议中的国际学术组织定名为“国际信息研究学会（International Society for The Study of Information，IS4SI is4si.org）”。IS4SI是国际性的民间学术团体，注册在奥地利首都维也纳。2023年，国际信息研究学会峰会将由中国分会承办，“信息社会分会”将作为本次峰会的专题会议列入其中，现公开征集参会论文。

一、会议主题

信息社会在其直接的意义上是区别于农业社会和工业社会而言的，指信息化时代所产生的新型社会形态，其突出标志是大数据、信息技术和网络系统在社会体系和社会生活中的广泛深入全面运用，形成的以电子信息技术为基础，以信息资源为基本发展资源，以信息服务性产业为基本社会产业，以数字化和网络化为基本社会交往方式的新型社会。为繁荣学术和加强交流，信息社会分会提出以下8个方面作为参考领域，也欢迎与信息社会相关的其他领域和相关问题的论文和发言。

信息社会分会主题：

(2)智能社会治理（Intelligent Social Governance）

(3)信息社会与教育（Education in the Information Society）

(4)信息社会与医疗（Medicine in the Information Society）

(5)信息社会中的人性（Human Nature in the Information Society）

(7)数字文化（Digital Culture）

(8)数字体育（Digital Sports）

二、会议投稿及参会方式

会议参会语言为英文。会议报告形式为英文报告。

请于2023年4月30日前向会议联系人提供至少2000字的英文扩展摘要。

会议组委会将对会议摘要进行同行评审，入选的作者将邀请会议发言。

合格的会议发言或论文将被会议论文集收录，优秀的会议报告或发言将被收录于会议丛书并由世界科学出版社（World Scientific Press）集结出版。

Call for Papers of Forum on Information Society

For 2023 International Summit on the Study of Information (ISSI2023)

To whom it may concern,

International Summit on The Study of Information (ISSI) is a biannually series of large-scale conference, dedicating to bring experts from all over the world for exchanging ideas, sharing progresses, and exploring future trends in information discipline, as well as seeking collaborations for meeting the challenges. Each of the Summits had extracted huge scale of enthusiastic young and old participants and achieved valuable successes.

The summit is sponsored by International Society for the Study of Information (IS4SI) representing the scientists, professors, engineers, technologists, managers, experts and various kinds of students in the fields related to the study of information worldwide.

The 2023 International Summit on the Study of Information (ISIS2023) is organized by IS4SI China Chapter and will be held August 14 (Monday)–18 (Friday), 2023 in Beijing. This summit will consist of a series of academic forums，technical shows，and cooperation negotiations on-line, or off-line if allowed. Forum on Information Society is one of the academic forums. All colleagues and friends are interested in the study of information society are welcome to submit their abstracts (with the length not less than 2000 words) of papers to the forum.

The Theme and Topics of Information Society Forum

In its direct sense, the information society differs from the agricultural society and the industrial society in a new social model produced in the information age. Its prominent symbol is the extensive, in-depth and comprehensive application of big data, information technology and network system in social system and social life, which forms a new society with electronic information technology as its foundation, information resources as its basic development resources, information service industry as its basic social industry, and digitalization and networking as its basic social communication mode. This meeting puts forward the following eight topics as reference areas, not excluding other areas and other issues related to the information society.

(4) Medicine in the Information Society

(5) Human Nature in the Information Society

(6) Human-Robot Relationships

Contributions and Other Information

1. The working language is English; the qualified presentations will be invited to give a report in English;

2. The abstracts (with the length not less than 2000 words) are required to submit by April 30, 2023;

3. The abstract will be peer reviewed by Program Committees of the Forum. The qualified abstract will be selected for oral presentation.

4. The qualified presentations of the abstracts will be published in Proceedings while high-quality presentations will be selected to be extended as the chapter papers of book series published by World Scientific Press.
